Rigid and uncompetitive salary bands, without consideration of cost of living. Raises in 2024 were limited to 3% for all ICs.

Last week started time-tracking, where we need to account for every 30-minute increment of our day.

Censorship: In meetings about the new time-tracking initiative, difficult questions asked in the chat were deleted by the moderators. This is a pattern of deleting or ignoring negative comments about work culture and initiatives.

Advice to Management

It feels like middle management is downplaying and censoring many of their reports' concerns.

Try to foster a culture of clarity and conversation instead of censorship and fear.
