Pros

Learning platforms and learning days are great, but it would be even better if we weren't indirectly asked to do work. Also, free cab services is a nice addition.

Cons

Recognition and accurate feedback are often elusive unless you have a close relationship with your Tech Lead or Scrum Master.

Managers/CLs could better evaluate employees' contributions by considering multiple perspectives rather than relying on feedback from a single team member.

Favoritism significantly impacts appraisals and promotions.
