Pros

Good compensation and benefits. Co-workers are usually cooperative.

Cons

Promotion is not by performance, rather, by politics.

Advice to Management

Why meeting/exceeding expectations does not guarantee a promotion? Why do we even set expectations then? Why is someone being promoted when the manager said there would be no mid-year promotion for anybody? Managers could not answer those questions. That's when I realized managers are not being honest and fair. I will tell anyone to avoid this company if they want to be treated fairly and equally.
