Projects are limited and there are no new innovations.
Work is more of monotonous.
There was an initial aptitude test and three rounds of interviews based on the profile you chose (which was asked before the interviews): Management, Technical, and HR. The process was handled very well and went about smoothly.
I had applied through Naukri and got a call from a recruiter. I scheduled a F2F interview for Saturday. There were a total of 4 rounds of interview: * 2 Technical * 1 Managerial * 1 HR (Discussion on compensation etc.)
1 Tech Interview, 1 Managerial + 1 HR round. Questions were of moderate difficulty. The panel had one Senior SE and one lead who just observed. The Managerial Round was tough. The panel had the same lead and a Senior Director.
