• Fidelity associates are really open to mentoring others, making you feel supported, and helping with the intern onboarding process. • Leadership feels very accessible. • The internship program and events were very well organized despite the virtual environment. • The company encourages employees to move around in different roles to learn new things.
• Projects in technology vary a lot in scope and often aren't the most technically challenging/interesting. • Agile development looks very different depending on the team.

Software Engineering Intern
A very smooth and easy process. The recruiter and interviewers were all nice. It was mostly behavioral with some technical questions. Overall, an amazing company. I am looking forward to not only an internship, but hopefully a long-term career!

The interviewer asked me questions mainly about my projects, the tech stack I used, and basic networking, CN, oops concepts. He then proceeded to ask me how I have contributed to the coding culture in my college and if I have published any papers.
