Their background verification is very strict and they need all the documentation, including W-2 forms. Interviews are in two rounds. It is pretty difficult, but the catch here is everybody in that panel is into rejections, not selections.

Phone interview asking if I was interested in the job and telling me about what I would be doing. Then the full interview with the manager, asking questions about previous experience and why I wanted to work with Fidelity.

Quick and friendly people. They take a long time to get back to you, if even at all. Interviews were simple, mostly conversational. The questions test your general and conceptual understanding of computer science.
