Subsidized 'FIT' food needs major improvement. Associates could do a better job onboarding interns, as there was much downtime for the first few weeks. This time was spent purely on self-paced learning through Udemy courses, although your mileage may vary depending on your team.
Please provide interns with specific responsibilities on their squads, instructions on how to get set up with laptops and access requests, and other onboarding procedures on the first day of the program!
