A low-stress environment teaches you the basics of what a software engineer does.
I had some friends who got stuck on some pretty bad projects.
Might be a bit too laid back. Knew some people who literally didn't have work to do.
My manager was quite good. However, I think all managers who are part of the internship program should receive a briefing on the type of work interns should do.
I had friends who were bug testing or doing similar jobs. These shouldn't be tasks for interns.
