India unit, specifically Bengaluru, lacks professionalism. It's difficult to survive if you don't speak Hindi. Office meetings at offshore hours are conducted in Hindi.
Please provide training for India employees on culture and diversity, in the context of Indian culture.

It was super easy, just Java classes and a few SQL queries. Just study up on the email they give you about what to prepare for, and you will do completely fine.
