Pros

Good company with a good policy. Though the base package is less, you get a bonus, profit sharing, and shares if you are lucky.

Cons

Good environment, unless you have an Indian manager who sucks.

The immigration process is very slow; even sloths are faster.

Bonus is calculated at a deduction of 30% of the tax.

Though we have a 7% 401K contribution, it will start every month after 1 year, so 1 year is completely wasted.

Profit sharing starts after 1 year, so you will get that after two years.

Advice to Management

For the first two years, an employee is working with very little compensation. Consider a relocation bonus or something to compensate them during these initial years.

Please ask your managers to be a bit more technical and understanding. In the absence of both qualities, it becomes hell for a technical employee to work with a manager.
