Fidelity is and will always be a great place to work, but recently some people joined from BNYM, from where they were laid off. They have brought their culture of bigotry with them from that organization. They are a threat to the awesome culture which we have at Fidelity.

Please preserve our culture of openness and acceptance. People joining from other organizations must adopt this culture. They cannot destroy it by bringing in their bigoted culture from their previous organizations. Please seriously look into these unprofessional practices which have recently crept in.
