Pros

Nothing as such to share. Food and cab are the same as with all firms.

Cons

Looks good from the outside based on reviews, but trust me, it's not so good.

There's no work-life balance; it's all just a gimmick.

It's good for managers, as they don't have any work. Work timings are strict, with late-night calls and weekend support.

There are lots and lots of long-tenured employees who will not move or let you move. Politics is in its DNA, right from the leadership team to developers. The bell curve is followed, and every year they have to ensure that some percentage is fired.

Lots of cost-cutting is happening. The tech stack is the latest, but you will not get to do anything due to a lot of restrictions.
