Pros

Profit sharing, retirement benefits, many departments for lateral moves, low stress, and a respectful culture.

Cons

Constant reorganization.

No appetite to take on risks, more focused on to "till the line" and not rock the boat.

Lacks passion.

Staff is not very intellectual.

When they want to remove someone from a position, they demote them instead of laying them off, which is humiliating.

Advice to Management

Stick with an organization design and commit to it.
