Great culture and friendly people. The company culture emphasizes your learning & growth. Good company to start your career with. Nice benefits.
Major con is that company policy doesn't allow you to work outside the country of employment. Fine for US employees, terrible for Irish employees, as it's a small island with a rainy climate all year round.
Hybrid remote working policy.
Also, compensation isn't as high as what competitors offer.
