Opportunity for senior leadership, with accountability for a business unit or multiple product lines.
Sometimes it becomes more important who you know than what you know.
Series of meetings with senior managers, peers, and staff. It was a while ago, but I think I met no more than 10 people. In general, the interviewers do not have formal prep to conduct these; they wing it.
First round: Call with recruiter, asked basic questions about myself and my experience. Second round: Technical interview, asked basic OOP design questions and coding questions (equivalent to LC easies). Overall, a great experience.
Overall, an extremely easy interviewing process. I was dmd by a recruiter on LinkedIn and set up a phone call with her the next day. She asked generic questions gauging my familiarity with the following: * Agile development * Scrum * SQL * Python *
