Pros: inclusive, collaborative environment. strong attention to product detail. really interesting technical stack and problems even on the product side. great holidays / pto / remote flexibility.
Cons: changing targets and not a lot of transparency from executives. heavy workloads close to deadlines. hard to get promotions.
