TL;DR: They claim to uplift candidates during interviews, but if you’re not from FAANG, they will go out of their way to find any minor reasons to make you fail.

I felt judged by some of my interviewers because I wasn't coming from FAANG. I received feedback that the project I recently worked on was not technical enough, even though it serves 1 million unique users per month.

Almost everyone I interviewed had half the years of experience I had and were all coming from FAANG. There is a huge sense of elitism when talking to them.

Most of the interviewers were pretty much fake-nice. They seemed like great people and reassured me that everything I was doing in the interview was fine, but they would stab you in the back when grading your performance. During one of my answers, I asked the interviewer if they wanted more details on that particular subject, and they answered "no." Later, the feedback included that I did not go into detail about this particular subject. Another feedback I received was that I asked too many clarifying questions on the scope of the work. Truly mind-blowing.

Their questions/exercises were not particularly tricky, but after receiving their final feedback, it appears they are very picky and are looking for any little thing to make you fail.

Nothing too surprising. Coding questions are standard LeetCode problems turned into some Figma use cases.
