An inclusive, collaborative environment. A strong attention to product detail. Really interesting technical stack and problems, even on the product side. Great holidays, PTO, and remote flexibility.
Changing targets and not a lot of transparency from executives. Heavy workloads close to deadlines. Hard to get promotions.
