Robot Technician Interview Experience - Spartanburg, South Carolina
Process
I had originally applied for a position with Figure AI as a site lead. After they reviewed my information, they offered me an interview as a robotics technician.
I scheduled the interview two days in advance. After being fifteen minutes early to the virtual interview and spending the full twenty minutes allotted for the interview itself, I contacted my recruiter at the company.
Several minutes later, the individual who would have been interviewing me called and apologized, asking if I would reschedule. They did not offer any reasoning for being so late to the interview or why they did not contact me prior to reaching out to the recruiter.
I rescinded my interest in working with the company.
