I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews: a LeetCode question and an architecture question. The interviewers were very arrogant, with very high egos. They were looking for a way to trip me up and ask questions that were not necessarily related to the job interview itself. As soon as we spoke in small talk and they realized that I was peripheral, they changed their position very quickly.
