Pros: If you are incompetent, you will shine here.

Cons: Working at this company was a horrible experience. They treated me poorly, and I never felt valued or respected. There was a clear lack of professionalism, and it felt like employees were just expendable. Additionally, this company has no real focus on inclusion or diversity. It’s a very homogenous environment, and there’s little to no effort in making people from different backgrounds feel welcome or supported. The lack of diversity and the exclusionary atmosphere made it difficult to feel comfortable, and it became clear that certain groups of people weren’t valued. Overall, I would strongly advise against working here if you're looking for a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Pros: a few good people that are actually good at what they do (mostly gone now).

Cons: Full of ego, everyone shouts their opinions and tries to one-up each other constantly. There is little to no collaboration, and management is so detached. They have way too many middle managers who are trying to appear as though they're effective, but in reality, they are a useless layer. Some management is the worst I've ever seen in my entire business life. Petty, insecure, controlling, rude, and like some others said – 1984 vibes. There were a few good managers too, but they were outnumbered and pushed out. Since I've been hired, there has not been a single month where I didn't think of leaving and felt like I made the wrong call.

Pros: The engineers demonstrate a very high technical level, surpassing the typical standards in the Israeli high-tech landscape. The technical standards are exceptionally high, with unique technology developed to meet critical product requirements in the financial sector. There is a positive and vibrant cultural atmosphere. The office is impressive, offering great perks.

Cons: Since it is no longer a garage startup, the company has well-defined processes. Despite its size, the development velocity remains impressive.
