Senior Solutions Architect Interview Experience
Process
The overall interview process is well organized and quite efficient.
It starts with a video conference with HR to learn about the company and for HR to learn more about the candidate.
The next step is a video conference with one or more senior leaders to discuss technical capabilities.
Then comes the case study, where the candidate prepares a presentation based on a highly technical case study. This presentation to a panel of interviewers typically lasts 30 minutes and is followed by a round of technical questions.
This is the last technical step in the process and is followed by feedback about the candidate.
