I interviewed for the Professional Services team. The entire process took a bit more than a month and a half.
I had interviews with HR and the VP. After these, I was told that other candidates were being interviewed, so the process would take at least another week and a half.
After a week, I received a message from the recruiter asking for my availability for another HR interview. I replied, but she ignored me for a few days.
Then, she called to say they would like to skip the other HR interview and proceed directly to references and an offer. She took all my details for the contract, and the team lead called to discuss his expectations. After the reference calls, they decided they needed a more senior candidate.
I find it unlikely that my reference calls were the issue.
This was one of the most unprofessional processes I have ever experienced, and it caused a lot of aggravation.
Some regular HR interview questions.
