High salary, good facility. Everything else is bad!

• High salary equals high slavery.
• People are treated as soldiers, not as employees.
• Toxic work environment and atmosphere at the site.
• Nepotism. If you are not part of the founder's circle or the management clique, you have no chance to get promoted.
• Fireblocks only knows how to preserve people with high salaries. There is no good culture, no honesty, no respect, lots of gossip, and people talking behind your back.
• There is no work-life balance culture. As a software developer, managers will bug you on your personal mobile any hour during the day, mostly because of poor architecture, bad processes, bad decisions taken by managers, and a lot of individuals covering themselves, only caring about how they will look.
• Lots of politics and ego. There is no place for honesty and respect. Someone is suddenly promoted instead of you with no good reason, just political decisions.

Treat people like people, not like slaves.

Stop nepotism.

Be kind to people, listen to them, and try to fix yourself, not other people.
