Full of ego, everyone shouts their opinions and tries to one-up each other constantly. There is little to no collaboration, and management is so detached. They have way too many middle managers who are trying to appear as though they're effective, but in reality, they are a useless layer.
Some management is the worst I've ever seen in my entire business life. Petty, insecure, controlling, rude, and like some others said – 1984 vibes. There were a few good managers too, but they were outnumbered and pushed out.
