Pros

Advantages:

  1. In the early years of the company (before it grew), there were only good people.
  2. There isn't too much micromanagement.
Cons

Disadvantages:

  1. When I interviewed there, the VP was really nice to me. A few days after I started working there, his attitude changed, and he stopped even greeting me. It feels a little bit tricky.

  2. A lot of employees were hired during a big recruitment wave who don't truly live and breathe technology.

  3. The first managers and staff in the HR department did an excellent job. The managers and staff who came later (and caused the dismissal of the first managers) ruined the company, turning it into a playground for power struggles instead of ensuring the company would thrive and creating a pleasant work environment.

Overall, not a recommended company, which is a shame because it could have been an amazing company if the management had been a bit more sensitive, less power-hungry, and more grateful towards the first HR staff and managers.
