Within the R&D department, titles abound, but substance is lacking. Many roles appear to be mere facades, filled with individuals more concerned with appearances than actual research or development. This creates an environment where meaningful progress is stifled, and promising ideas are often overlooked in favor of maintaining superficial hierarchies.
