One long weekend every month

Cons

The company has a bad work environment because of poor managers and too much office politics. Managers don’t give clear guidance, which makes things confusing. Employees who don’t follow the rules are often kicked out or ignored, creating a tense atmosphere. There’s little to no socializing or teamwork, making it hard to connect with others. Overall, it’s a tough place to work with no real support or chances to grow if you are not "part of the clique".

Lots of people are getting kicked with no reasons, just political reasons.

Advice to Management

Get rid of the VP of R&D and all directors with big egos.
