Salary, other than that, everything else is bad.
Beware!!! Managers will lie to you and stab you in the back for saying the truth. Lots of ego and politics, a house of cards. If you are not part of the founders' clique, you have no chance to change things because of politics and job security. Avoid at all costs!
Be honest. Stop lying to your employees. Stop abusing people's time. Working 24/7 is not healthy! Be true.
