Pros: Scope for constant learning and never out of project ideas, or fun things to work on.
Cons: - No scope for career growth
- No perf reviews, and expectation to slog and grind every week.
- No appreciation for good work, but constant criticism on tiny mistakes.
- Bad Leadership, and constant change in direction.
- Constant need to fire people, and toxic culture that swept in.
- No hikes, and mentality that everything can be replaced.

Pros: Cutting-edge tech, a lot of senior folks, and industry-level experts moving very fast.
Cons: Lack of diversity, mostly Chinese or Indian folks, with a few Russian. Work is quite intense as well.
