Process

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week.

Didn't have an interview. Instead, I was given a take-home assignment. Email from the recruiter:

  • Hi, Thank you for your interest in the Solutions Architect role. The team is excited to move your application forward!
  • As the first step in the interview process, please complete a short take-home assignment.
  • It’s designed to give you a sense of the type of work you’d be doing in this role.
  • While the assignment should only take a few hours to complete, we like to give candidates a full 24 hours to complete it.
  • Just let me know the exact date and time that work best for you to receive the assignment, and I’ll get it scheduled.
  • Once you submit, the team will review your work and determine next steps.
  • Typically, this includes a technical discussion of your assignment with the hiring manager.
  • If that goes well and there’s mutual interest in moving forward, the final round will involve additional conversations with your potential future teammates!
  • Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime. Thanks!
