Solutions Architect Interview Experience - San Francisco, California
Process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took four weeks.
- Interview with Sales and SA manager.
- Discussion with Field CTO.
- Take-home technical code interview, which was very basic.
- Discovery call with SA manager.
- Presentation with SA and Sales manager.
There was a poor response though. This is common with startups where they can be overly picky. I was very much qualified for the role. They had a very unclear presentation requirement and graded me on that opaque need. I'm sure they're fine, but I was unimpressed by their Field CTO and Sales leader. Compared to similar startups in the space, their interview didn't give me much confidence.
