The HR representative contacted me about two months after I applied.
We had a short talk and then scheduled a meeting with two developers.
The interview lasted two hours and included some basic questions.
The technologies and methodologies used are outdated, with a significant amount of legacy code.
My impression from the process is that they aren't genuinely seeking a new team member but rather conducting interviews without a clear purpose.
