Cons: The India team is very focused on connector development. Maybe in the future, things will change. Most of it is repetitive work, and there won't be anything new to learn after some time. Limited learning for engineering staff (non-management). Every org will have its own pros and cons. Here, I am going to talk about something which generally isn't known to people prior to joining (at least it wasn't known to me until recently). I stayed in Fivetran for 3 years. The taxation policies of the Government of India ensure that you end up paying a lot as tax on pre-requisites. 2. The tax amounts are wired to the US by employees, which seems redundant as it is something to be paid to the Government of India. 3. Options have an expiry date. If not exercised within that period, they are useless.

Cons: Fast-paced could be a downside to many. One needs to learn quickly and act fast to produce results.

Pros: Good salary. Good vibe. Awesome work-life balance. Has so many things to learn.

Cons: Developer freedom is going down day by day.
