Cons: The India team is very focused on connector development. Maybe in the future, things will change. Most of it is repetitive work, and there won't be anything new to learn after some time. Limited learning for engineering staff (non-management). Every org will have its own pros and cons. Here, I am going to talk about something which generally isn't known to people prior to joining (at least it wasn't known to me until recently). I stayed in Fivetran for 3 years. Exercising of Stock Options: Since Glassdoor doesn't allow detailed reviews, I'll just post a summary. 1. Exercising options requires a lot of money to be invested by the employee. The taxation policies of the Government of India ensure that you end up paying a lot as tax on pre-requisites. 2. The tax amounts are wired to the US by employees, which seems redundant as it is something to be paid to the Government of India. 3. Options have an expiry date. If not exercised within that period, they are useless.

Cons: Fast-paced could be a downside to many. One needs to learn quickly and act fast to produce results.

Pros: Perfect workplace with a possibility of full remote work. The project itself is amazing; tasks are interesting and challenging. The atmosphere in the Serbia entity is great. Also, I should notice that engineering teams work under the supervision of not simply managers, but engineering managers. My manager has high engineering skills, and it’s pretty cool and easy to work with a manager who knows everything about technical aspects. Salary is above the market, and benefits are great.

Cons: I have not found any cons for 2 and a half years working in the company.
