Interview Feedback (Glassdoor)

I recently interviewed for this role and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The interviewer’s tone came across as overly bossy and somewhat intimidating, which made the conversation uncomfortable.

Additionally, many of the questions asked were not aligned with the job description. While I understand that interviews can explore adjacent skills, the discussion felt deliberately off-track and did not reflect the core requirements of the role.

Overall, the process could benefit from a more professional and candidate-friendly approach, with better alignment between the interview questions and the advertised job responsibilities.

There were EKS and K8s-related questions. The questions from the manager were very random.
