HR discriminates people based on their ethnicity and region.
Extremely bad place to be in.

They interview people just for timepass. Half the time is wasted in taking interviews.

Pros: 1. Great place to learn.
2. You feel you are growing every day.
3. Really cool and helpful teammates, and also colleagues outside the team.
4. Great work-life balance.
5. Lots of fun activities and happenings around.
All trips and activities are planned on working days, so you don't even need to think of wasting weekends or holidays.
6. Company-sponsored trips to destinations outside India. How cool is that!
