I started by applying through the careers page. The recruiter contacted me within a week, and then I had a couple of phone screens with the Director and VP of Engineering. That was followed by an onsite interview, which was then followed by lunch with the team. The offer was extended the same week.

Interview rounds were very focused per round.

• The phone screen had usual recruiter questions.
• The screen with the Director and VP was more in-depth about technical and managerial experience.
• The onsite included a Design round, a Simulation round, and a Managerial experience/Behavioral round.
• Lunch involved meeting and talking to a big team.
