Advancement Based on Politics, Not Performance
Compensation and benefits seem to be competitive with the market.
Promotions, raises, and role changes are frequently promised but rarely delivered. The culture is highly political, with advancement tied more to connections than performance. Many top performers end up leaving or being pushed out simply because they don’t engage in office politics.
The issue seems to stem from middle management, or perhaps it’s a top-down problem within leadership.
