This company is not diverse. They're not an Oakland company; they're more like a San Francisco company in Oakland because the rent is cheaper. The people ops team tries to promote diversity, but they truly won't be successful until the hiring managers start to see the value in having a diverse workforce. There are also managers that simply don't have a lot of experience managing people.
