Pros

This is a company that is going to be successful in the long-term because they have a great product that works well. A lot of the people are really nice, smart, and passionate about what they do.

They have a pretty good work-life balance; you don't see employees constantly working late at night or on the weekends.

Taylor (one of the founders) is great and cares a lot about the people, not just the company.

Cons

This company is not diverse. They're not an Oakland company; they're more like a San Francisco company in Oakland because the rent is cheaper. The people ops team tries to promote diversity, but they truly won't be successful until the hiring managers start to see the value in having a diverse workforce. There are also managers that simply don't have a lot of experience managing people.

While work-life balance was generally great, there were expectations from certain teams to be constantly available, which created an environment not conducive to success for working parents.
