As many other folks already mentioned on Glassdoor, the management does have a "boys club" mentality. Diversity barely exists in this company. Such an environment leads to lots of internal problems.
Top management either hired or purposely ignored some arrogant middle managers with very limited managing ability and let go of the good and talented leaders and people. The whole working environment has turned into a backstabbing, aggressive one while the company raised more money.
On-calls, emergency fixes, and so on are normal in startups. The management will use the options as an excuse to avoid increasing salary or benefits. Don't have high expectations of the company's generosity.
Unless you want to focus on developing ELT, I won't recommend Fivetran if you are a new grad or an engineer who has an interest in microservices. A lot of projects become repetitive over time. If you already work on tech leaders, stay where you are or interview elsewhere.
Don't let the 5-star reviews or newest funding rounds affect your decision. If you look closely, many 5-star reviews were written by some new employees who still are in the honeymoon mood with the company.
