Senior management is of one race, with no minority presence, especially in the tech solutions field. Even if they hire a manager, the likelihood that this manager will still report to a Caucasian senior manager is very high.
Ethnicity is non-existent in upper management.
The seniormost managers are all of one race.
Make room for ethnicity, especially in senior management please!
