Process

The first round was a technical interview with the lead. Few testing concepts and knowledge on SQL queries were tested.

I was asked to write SQL queries for various scenarios.

The second round was a technical interview with the manager. Questions related to the defect life cycle, test life cycle, and process-related questions were asked. I was asked to give a brief overview of myself.

Verdict: Elected.

The company is very small and primitive. The work environment is very pathetic, with no professionalism.

Both the lead and the manager who interviewed me asked me not to join the company.

Suggestion: If you are already in a branded company, do not go for Flatirons. It adds no value to your resume.

Questions

SDLC, testing process flow, SQL query writing, concepts of joins, strengths.
