The company over-interviews candidates and has those candidates who pass the interview waiting for months. They do not send rejection emails when headcount is full. Instead, they tell candidates to wait for open roles but do not give any timeline. When candidates ask for an update, they ghost them.

I had waited more than 2 months, while other new graduates waited from January. It is extremely frustrating for candidates who invest time and effort to pass the interview but are treated in such a disrespectful manner!

Some OOP questions required candidates to come up with their own solutions and test cases.
