This was a bait and switch. I was originally led to believe it would be 3 hours: coding, system design, and a hiring manager discussion. I wish I would have stepped out after seeing what they signed me up for in the all-day interview.
No company is worth that amount of stress, self-degradation, and (self) gaslighting. I'm happy with the interviewers; most were attentive, kind, and smart. I'm happy with how I did.
They ignored my requests for feedback, so I don't see any opportunities for growth, even in a process this brutal.
