I had a phone interview in early January and did very well. It took them an entire month to reach back and schedule the on-site interview, which was in late February.

I asked to schedule earlier, but my request was completely ignored.

On the day of the interview, one of the interviewers decided to reschedule, and I only had half an interview that day. The portion I had went well.

I was already extremely annoyed by this long process for a startup that isn’t even that amazing of a place to work.

The recruiter then emailed back, saying they were canceling interviews due to demand. I applied in December and aced the interviews, so that made no sense.

Complete waste of time. Do not bother interviewing here.
