This is a pretty typical Silicon Valley interview methodology, from what I recall.
You'll do a technical phone screen with standard LeetCode/CS questions. The onsite interviews are mostly a series of technical assessments. You'll also have lunch with one or two people to get a sense of the team dynamic. It's pretty similar to what you'd find at Google or Facebook, but obviously, you'll also be evaluated for cultural fit and with some behavioral questions.
I didn't receive an offer because it's consensus-based hiring (everyone must say yes), and one of the interviewers didn't like me for whatever reason.
Typical LeetCode questions, with one database design question.
