I interviewed with Flexport through Triplebyte. The only interview steps I had with Flexport directly were a 30-minute fit call with their Director of Engineering, and then a full-day onsite interview.
The on-site consisted of four interviews: two in the morning and two in the afternoon, separated by lunch with a couple of team members.
The whole process was very positive for me. All of the interviewers I had were friendly and professional, and I found the interview questions to be interesting and fair.
I heard back from them with an offer one week after the final round.
