I had a really good experience interviewing at Flexport! They have a fairly standard process that starts off with a recruiter call, a technical phone screen, and on-site with 2 technical, 1 behavioral, and 1 system design. My technical phone screen was with an Engineering Manager who asked me a coding problem over Coderpad. He was really helpful and open about Flexport; he really laid out the business, the product, and the challenges they are dealing with in great detail. That really got me interested in the mission. I went on-site 2 weeks later and had a really great experience with everyone. Everyone at Flexport is very friendly and welcoming. Expect fair and standard coding and system design problems. My recruiter was also really helpful and was always in close contact with me to make sure I had all the information I need. Huge shoutout to the team for making the process so smooth and seamless!
