Interviewing with Flexport was fantastic. I had been interested in the company for a while and contacted a recruiter (Blake) via LinkedIn. I heard back very quickly.
The initial phone calls and technical screen were set up quickly, and we then scheduled an onsite for the next week. The whole process was very smooth and organized. It was one of the two best interview experiences I've had (the other was Twitter in 2013).
Everybody I talked to was enthusiastic and able to dive into their work as well as the company at large. I came out of the interview very excited about the team and optimistic about the prospects for the company.
Also worth noting is the great office location—not as nice as Twitter or Airbnb HQs, but a better layout and less noisy!
